Yield Guarantee
The yield is guaranteed by the vendors not to fall below 6% net for 2 years. If rental revenue for a particular month is higher than this threshold, your yield will increase accordingly.

The 6% guarantee is backed by the financial strength of the hotel developers and is net of the cost of servicing, marketing, cleaning, sheet changing, reception services, guest hospitality, rates, insurance and maintenance. If the revenue generated exceeds the 6% guarantee, you reap the benefit.
5 Year Cash-back
With recent house-price instability not far behind us, concern over further price depreciation is natural when thinking about property related investments. With this in mind, the vendors are providing the added benefit of a guaranteed exit route by offering your cash back at the 5 year mark. This means that the risk to your capital is significantly limited.
